Every day, across Ghana, people make food decisions with almost no real information: a label that doesn't say enough, a brand name there's no real way to verify, a shelf with barely any alternative to compare against. Most people are on their own in that moment, trusting and hoping. That gap, between what's actually in your food and what you can actually know about it, is what Skan exists to close.
